We can debunk the false myth that mosaic is a non-durable coating and inclined to wear and tear. To prove the contrary we’ve carried out different tests at the ‘Centro Ceramico of Bologna’, official centre for the certification acknowledged throughout the world, that simulate the behaviour of our mosaic in pool. The experimentations have demonstrated how the weakest part of all the layers is not the mosaic but the underlying levels. The evidence of this can be seen in the below certificates and video.
In addition to this, with an appropriate thickness, our mosaics have resistance on floors both outdoors and indoors, resist to the trampling and to the passage of heavy vehicles.
In conclusion, the mosaic, thanks to its characteristics, can be used to create elegant decorations and patterns without problems on every surface and place.
